Dear Fundraising Coordinator, 

We are so thrilled to offer your team our exclusive Ridgecrest Travel fundraising program. 

As you know, this is our way of saying thanks for allowing Ridgecrest Travel to assist you with your travel plans.  Our fundraising program is FREE to your team.  We provide you with 1000 customized tickets, you sell each ticket (collect donations) for the chance to win a trip for two to Hawaii and best of all, and you keep 100% of the money you collect.  The only thing you send Ridgecrest Travel are the ticket stubs.

Enclosed is a copy of the ticket order form.  I am also enclosing a copy of the “Info Flyer”.  You should make enough copies of this flyer so that all people selling tickets have a copy.  You may find that the person purchasing a ticket wants more details about the prize and this flyer should answer all of their questions. 

Please collect all stubs and send them to us no later than June 20th, 2007. The drawing for the prize will be done on July 16, 2007.  The winner will be notified and a reservation packet will be sent out.  This packet will give the winner all necessary information on how to claim their prize.  The winner will be posted on our websites listed above.

P.S.  For those teams that would like to get started on this program early, we have a special program that allows you to place a $150.00 deposit with our agency that shows your intent to travel with us in 2006 or 2007.  The full $150.00 will be held as deposit toward the future travel booking.  In the event that your team participates in our fundraising program, but does not book travel with us, your full $150.00 deposit will be forfeited.   If your team would like to participate prior to your travel booking, please fill out the enclosed Raffle Ticket Request form and return it to us with your $150.00 good faith deposit and we will process your fundraising request and get you started promptly.
